It’s a last throw of the dice at this year’s IPL for Lucknow Super Giants after a run of four defeats in five matches which has left them on the verge of being dumped out of this year’s tournament.

LSG to win
As usual with any game in which Mumbai Indians, they start as favourites with the bookies.

A lot of what has happened at Mumbai Indians this season could be attributed to the decision to depose Rohit from the captaincy.
While it could be argued that it has been coming and Rohit’s form over recent years in the tournament left a lot to be desired, there have been rumours of a rift in camp and Hardik Pandya has been unconvincing in his own efforts to lead from the front.
Rohit responded with a century but aside from that has been unconvincing and inconsistent with 349 runs in 13 innings, and there have been rumours that this could be his last game for the franchise such are the reports of disillusionment.
With the T20 World Cup round the corner, there is plenty of motivation for Rohit to finish well and it would be no surprise to see him bow out on top.
