Dashing from Bermuda to Georgia, this links-style course provides the opportunity for those flirting around the top 125 in the rankings to cement their PGA Tour privileges for next term.
Staged across two courses — the Plantation Course (a par 72) and the shorter Seaside Course (par 70) — there have been some low scores posted over the years.
Well, Ludvig Aberg tied the lowest 72-hole total in PGA Tour history (-29) matching Justin Thomas’ astonishing figure at the Sony Open in Hawaii in 2017.
Interestingly, Aberg was the favourite with many of the bookies last year, and he has proved he can be a force to be reckoned with.

After a week off following his win at the WWT Championship, the American will be raring to go again.
In terms of stats, Eckroat sits sixth for total driving, and perhaps only Aberg might outdrive him this week.
