PGA Tour Golf Betting Tips & Betting Offers: AT&T Pebble Beach

The PGA Tour dashes off to another iconic course this week and one which will resonate strongly with golfing aficionados, as Charles Perrin provides his latest golf betting tips.
Yes, Pebble Beach will take centre stage for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and this tournament has been upgraded to Signature Event status.
Last weekend, Harris English ground it out at the Famers Insurance to pinch a one-shot victory with a total score of -8. The blustery conditions meant he only hit four fairways in his final round, but it was a watershed moment, marking his first victory on the Tour in four years.
Back to Pebble Beach, and the long-awaited return of Scottie Scheffler will be widely greeted.
After being sidelined for a month with a hand injury, the World No.1 will be looking to make an immediate impression while Rory McIlroy will also make his PGA Tour debut in 2025 after focussing on the DP World Tour.
Meanwhile, Wyndham Clark is the reigning champion and he will have a target on his back.
This event will see 80 celebrity amateurs tee it up with 80 pro players on Thursday and Friday. For the weekend, the 80 pros will conduct the serious business over 36 holes, contesting 18 holes at Spyglass and concluding proceedings with a further 18 holes on the fabled Pebble Beach links course.
But what should you expect? I’ve plunged into the betting markets and plucked out a couple of golf betting tips for your perusal, plus the top golf betting offers from the best golf betting sites.

AT&T Pebble Beach Preview
Justin Thomas to tame Pebble Beach
A man for all conditions, Justin Thomas’ long game has been exceptional for some time now.
In his previous showing at The American Express, Thomas finished runner-up, and the performance metrics encompass the good work he has done.
Well, he’s ranking 12th for SG: Total and that will stand him in good stead. Spyglass plays slightly longer than Pebble Beach golf links (around 50 yards), and the two courses have more than a passing resemblance in terms of small poa annua greens and elevation changes.
The fairways are generous, but the greens at Pebble Beach are tight, so some proficient iron play and even scrambling may be the order of the day for those harbouring ambitions of entering the winner’s circle.
Of course, Scheffler is the short-priced favourite, but I don’t expect him to hit the ground running.
Instead, for the first of my golf betting tips, I’m going with Thomas to claim the spoils and he’s at an inviting 14/1 with Paddy Power.
Tommy Fleetwood to be in contention on Sunday
Tommy Fleetwood is a player that never ceases to impress me. His temperament and all-round game means it is a surprise he is yet to land a victory stateside.
At the moment, his putting seems to be the weakest department of his game, so he needs to rectify that.
On the approach side of things, Fleetwood has been fabulous, so I think he will give himself plenty of birdie opportunities.
Although I’m leaning towards Thomas in the outright market, I think Fleetwood could be in the final pairing on Sunday, and a reasonable price of 20/1 can be located at bet365 for this special.
