A spot in the new-look Europa League group stage is on the line at Tynecastle on Thursday evening as Hearts host Viktoria Plzen in the second leg of their play-off tie.

Hearts started the season positively with a goalless draw against Rangers, but they have since lost four consecutive games, scoring just twice and conceding nine in the process.
Despite competing well in last week’s first leg against the Czech Republic, they struggled to create clear chances, registering just two attempts on target.
Plzen, on the other hand, are unbeaten in their last eight matches, winning seven of those games and conceding only twice.
With Hearts needing to attack to stay in the tie and Plzen looking strong defensively, it would be no shock to see the visitors get a few chances on the break and they look like a solid bet to take the win at Tynecastle.
Vasulin on the prowl
Plzen’s winning goal in the first leg came from a late own goal by Daniel Oyegoke, but the Czechs will be hoping one of their own finds the net at Tynecastle.
Striker Daniel Vasulin scored in both legs against Kryvbas in the previous round, and with three goals in his last five matches in all competitions, he is a strong candidate for an anytime goal on Thursday evening.
