Now that the dust has settled on this weekend’s undisputed heavyweight fight out in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we can finally agree on one thing: Oleksandr Usyk is the king of the division.
The Ukrainian was exceptional in outpointing a brave Tyson Fury this past Saturday night and is now the proud owner of the WBC, WBA, WBO and IBF world titles at heavyweight.
But as one chapter finishes, another starts…
We’re expecting anything from retirements to rematch talks and even IBF belt stripping over the next few weeks, meaning the story of the heavyweight division will continue to rumble on.
There are plenty of fights scheduled already at heavyweight for the remainder of 2024 with others rumoured — what does the betting look like?
Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury Betting Odds

If these two dance again, the whole world will tune in.
Usyk and Fury put on one of the heavyweight fights of the ages this past weekend, and the Ukrainian undisputed champion will start the potential rematch as a favourite in the betting.
It’s contracted to take place (possibly some time in October), but boxing is a complicated business.

Part of the Queensbury vs Matchroom 5 vs 5 event in Riyadh at the start of June, Hrgovic and Dubois will slug it out to become the mandatory challenger for the IBF heavyweight title.
Whether that is against Oleksandr Usyk or Anthony Joshua (if Usyk is stripped for taking the signed Fury rematch) is yet to be seen, but Hrgovic vs Dubois is an excellent match-up between two hard-hitting heavyweights.
Deontay Wilder vs Zhilei Zhang Betting Odds

Joining Hrgovic vs Dubois on June 1st is Deontay Wilder vs Zhilei Zhang in one of the least predicted fights of 2024.
Both guys have recent losses to Joseph Parker that they are attempting to erase, and a loss for either Wilder or Zhang could well see them flirt with potential retirement.
Two big bangers in the division, this one isn’t expected to go the 12-round distance.

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will fight live on Netflix in July, with “Iron Mike” taking part in his first sanctioned pro fight since a 2005 loss to Kevin McBride.
