Leeds to Beat Sheffield Wednesday
Leeds were disappointed to come away with only two points from their opening two rounds, first being held to a 3-3 draw by Portsmouth, followed by a goalless draw against West Brom. As one of the main contenders for the league title, I expect Leeds to bounce back against Sheffield Wednesday, who suffered a heavy 4-0 defeat to Sunderland last weekend.
Borussia Monchengladbach to Win or Draw vs Leverkusen
Xabi Alonso’s side struggled in their season opener against Stuttgart, eventually winning on penalties. Meanwhile, Monchengladbach continued their strong pre-season form with a 3-1 victory over Aue in the DFB Pokal. Having held Leverkusen to a goalless draw earlier this year, a double chance on Monchengladbach offers good value
