DP World Tour Golf Betting Tips & Betting Offers: Mauritius Open

The Opening Swing of the 2025 DP World Tour season reaches a climax at the Mauritius Open this week.
Mont Choisy Le Golf will be plunged into the spotlight and there is plenty at stake in the eighth edition of this tournament.
The winner of the Opening Swing Rankings (OSR) will get a special exemption into all the ‘Back 9’ tournaments and there is a bonus of around £160,000 on offer.
There will be a big South African contingent in the field, and that includes Shaun Norris, who lifted his second DP World Tour title at the Alfred Dunhill Championship last week.
It came on his 138th appearance on the Tour, and both of his triumphs have been on home soil.
Mont Choisy is a relatively short course playing as a par-72 (7,051 yards), but there are plenty of driveable par-4s and par-5s on this track.
Providing the wind doesn’t pick up, scoring should be low, and there are plenty of birdies to be had.
To whet your appetite, I have delved through the markets and plucked out a couple of golf betting tips for this tournament, plus the top golf betting offers from the best golf betting sites.

Mauritius Open Championship Preview
Having perused through the field, one thing that stands out to me is the lack of genuine quality.
Given this is the final event of 2024, many of the DP World Tour’s big guns have decided to sit this one out and kickstart their festive celebrations early.
However, one player fans will recognise is Antoine Rozner. Making his debut for the 2025 season on the DP World Tour, the Frenchman is coming off the back of a stellar year where he finished 15th in the Race to Dubai Rankings.
Rozner will certainly rekindle fond memories of this event, as he was crowned champion in 2022, surging to a five-stroke victory.
He was also involved in a playoff where he was beaten in 2019, and he led after the first round as defending champion last year.
While he lost his way a little towards the latter end of last season, Rozner, who ranked 14th for GIR (greens in regulation), could mark his first start of the new season with a win. Paddy Power has an eye-catching price of 8/1 for you to tuck into.
Rozner to stroll to victory
Although the South Africans have fared well at the Mauritius Open, Rozner has proved the French have a penchant for this tournament ttoo.
As mentioned, Rozner’s opening gambit last year at this event was a 62, so he has already shown he can fly out of the blocks.
All roads lead to Rozner, and while his driving accuracy last term (91st) was somewhat disappointing, he has all the tools to assemble a winning performance.
I’ve already backed Rozner in the outright market, but it remains to be seen whether he will take charge of proceedings and be a wire-to-wire winner.
Nevertheless, for the second of my picks, I’ve sought value and plumped on the margin of victory line. I’m drawn to the 18/1 price offered by bet365 for Rozner to win by at least three strokes.
