Aintree Hurdle Runners Confirmed & Latest Odds for Grade One

Final declarations for the first day of the Grand National meeting are out, and the race grabbing most of the attention on the opening day is the Aintree Hurdle.
We almost had a three way battle, but Brighterdaysahead is missing the race, so we've got Constitution Hill v Lossiemouth, over 2m4f in what promises to be a cracker.
Throughout the entire meeting, we'll bring you the best free bet offers and promotions for Aintree, three fantastic days of racing culminating in the Grand National on Saturday.
Aintree Hurdle Confirmed Runners
Here's a confirmed list of the runners that will be taking part in Thursday's grade one event. A fantastic clash awaits between Constitution Hill and Lossiemouth, that punters and horse racing betting sites are going to both saviour.
- Constitution Hill - Nicky Henderson
- Salver - Gary & Josh Moore
- Tellherthename - Jonjo O'Neill
- Break My Soul - Ian Donoghue
- Lossiemouth - Willie Mullins
- Take No Chances - Dan Skelton
- Wodhooh - Gordon Elliott
Aintree Hurdle Latest Odds
The latest odds with UK betting sites focuses on two runners at the top of the market, which is no surprise. Only Wodhooh, unbeaten for Gordon Elliott and here on the back of a Cheltenham Festival win, is remotely fancied to get anywhere near the top two.
As for the remaining four runners, it's 50/1 and bigger, and while the Cheltenham Festival saw a few surprises along the way, it's hard to see any of these four getting involved, barring accidents.
Constitution Hill leads the betting market, and is odds on to win this race, despite coming here on the back of a fall at Cheltenham when going well in the Champion Hurdle.
It's perhaps a little surprising to see him odds on over this distance against Lossiemouth though, given he is a proper two miler, while the drop down to that trip would inconvenience Lossiemouth.
The Mullins mare looked as good as ever when winning the Mares Hurdle at Cheltenham, and while she was criticised for going to that race, instead of the champion, this is her distance, which she gets again today. It's definitely something to level the playing field, alongside the 7lb allowance she gets from the boys
It does promise to be a great spectacle though, the biggest race on the opening day of this three-day meeting from Aintree. Throughout the week we will be pinpointing the best tips, latest news and of course the best Grand National free bets we can find.
